Advocates
We’re the medical and forensic side. You’re the advocacy side. Survivors need both.

How we work with you
-
Collaboration
Iowa law entitles every survivor we care for to an advocate, and we offer one every time. With the survivor’s permission, we stay in touch with you after the visit so nobody falls through the cracks.
-
Training
Continuing education and peer networking built for your role, and a seat at the table where every other discipline learns what advocates do.
-
Support and consultation
A trusted place to send someone and space at the center where you can meet the people you support.
